Full Service planning

• Coordinate rehearsal dinner • All day on site on the day of • One visit to venue to look at layout and logistics • Help create an estimated budget breakdown • Create and manage a planning binder - timeline, checklists, vendor questions, payment tracker, seating chart, etc • Assist with theme and design • Assist with choosing ceremony and reception venue(s) • Assist with selection and execution of invitations • Assist with guest management and response cards • Manage the guest list • Vendor recommendations • Schedule and attend initial vendor meetings • Negotiate contracts with vendors • Coordinate seating arrangements and table assignments • Schedule and attend final confirmation meetings • Collect family’s personal items 2-3 days prior to wedding • Develop & distribute itinerary to couple, family, and vendors • Complete set up of decor • Coordinate vendor arrival and set up • Instruct ushers/present takers/guestbook attendants on their responsibilities • Line up processional, cue musicians/DJs • Assist wedding party and family • Facilitate wedding ceremony • Clean up and break down • Collect and return items to family at the end of the weekend •

 


Day of plaNNING

• 2 hours for rehearsal dinner • 12 hours of on site time on the Day-Of • Unlimited phone and email throughout planning process • Vendor recommendations • One visit to venue to look at layout and logistics • One in person meeting 4-6 weeks prior to finalize itinerary, timeline, schedule, and answer any questions, etc. • Develop & distribute itinerary to couple, family, and vendors • Complete set up of decor • Collect family’s personal items 2-3 days prior to wedding • Coordinate vendor arrival and set up • Instruct ushers/present takers/guestbook attendants on their responsibilities • Line up processional, cue musicians/DJs • Assist wedding party and family • Facilitate wedding ceremony • Clean up and break down • Collect and return items to family at the end of the weekend •
